SummitX Snowboarding by Com2uS Inc is a great game where you’re free to snowboard around and ride down hard slopes, beating your records over and over again.
Since most of the snowboarding games are played the same way, we must focus on the graphics, and I must tell you these graphics are amazing.
Many effects, different boards, outfits, tracks and scenarios will make all the difference in this game.
While you accomplish the different tracks and levels, you will be awarded medals, that you will be able to use to buy new boards and tricks. Each new trick will give you the opportunity to gather more points at the end of the run.
I have always dreamt of snowboarding myself, but the opportunity hasn’t presented itself so far, so this is the closest the I can get to doing it so far.
The controls are easy enough to use. Tilt the device to guide yourself, and use the side controls to perform tricks and landings.

Ahoy all you baseball fans out there! If you’re looking for lots of fun and a cartoony way of playing baseball, search no more!
Baseball Superstars® 2012 by Gamevil is an excellent game for those who like to create a player and help him develop in his career.
The game has that “manga” (japanese comics) feel to it, and a little bit of story background to keep you entertained.
The dialogs are silly and it makes you miss the “esc” key, but even so the game is fun to play.
The idea is to create a player, select his position, and get him to be the best ever.
I started with a batter and he’s doing well ,thank you very much.
Being a japanese game, you can count with the crazy effects, monsters and mega power ups during the game.
Also, earning money and gold (two different things) will allow you to buy items, equipment, appearance and power ups.
The matches are easy enough to understand. Even if you don’t know the rules of baseball, you’ll get it pretty quickly.
Hit the ball (if you’re holding the bat) at the right moment, in the right spot, and watch it fly away, hopefully in a glorious home run.
A cool thing about this game is that you are rated accordingly to the way you are playing, even if your team is losing games. It doesn’t matter. Hit the ball, strike some home runs, and you’ll be just fine.
This game has that “ingredient X” that makes it addictive, but we don’t mind being addicted to something that is free, do we?
This game is universal, and it looks awesome in an iPad.
Blood & Glory

Maximus knew what he was talking about. Back in the day, gladiators were the ultimate athletes.
They would drive crowds to the limits of hysteria, by slaying, slaughtering, punching and dodging.
If you want to live those moments without having to witness real life goriness, then Blood & Glory by Glu Games is just what the doctor prescribed.
In this universal game, you are the gladiator.
It’s up to you to start climbing your way up from being a common john doe to the glory of being one of the deadliest gladiators ever seen.
The controls are very easy to use and the game has a nice learning curve.
The 3D graphics are amazing and it can be a reason alone to install the game, had anything else failed. But it didn’t.
Swipe to attack the enemy, block a few times (there is a limit for blocking attacks), and dodge most of your opponent’s strikes.
Learn how to do combo moves and you’ll be awesome.
At each victory, you get cash. Use it to buy new weapons, potions to help your health and other aids.
Also, by leveling up you get skill points to increase your attribute levels.
This game is free (probably for a limited time) and can be played both on iPhone or iPad.

There was a time when tennis was a sport for the elite stratum.
And then came Mr. Mansour Bahrami:
From that point on, tennis started its massification process, culminating in effusive displays of excitement and joy from players, which was kind of taboo in this sport.
As more and more people embrace the green ball, it’s only fair that the iOS nation gets a piece of it.
Real Tennis by Gameloft is our gift for this XMas. For now, it’s available free only for the iPhone version, but we’ll keep an eye on the iPad version as well.
As most Gameloft titles, this game has great quality and it’s a lot of fun.
You play it directionally using the left finger in a virtual pad, and your right finger will be delivering those flaming bullets towards your opponent.
The effects are given to the ball just by sliding your right finger up, down, left or right, or even holding it for a while.
Easy enough.
If you’re not sure how to play it, there is a quick tutorial that will give you some notions.
You can play in multi-player mode via WiFi. It’s a lot of fun to play in doubles mode, so get to it!

Speedball 2 Evolution
Bringing back another great PC classic game, today we’re talking about Speedball 2 Evolution, by Tower Studios.
One could say this is the mix of american football, handball and ultimate fighting, on steroids. This is what american football would be like in a Mad Max scenario.
Got the picture?
Put a team together, upgrade them as much as possible, and throw them into the arena field.
During the game, you may collect power ups, armor and weapons to knock out your opponents. Once a player runs out of energy, he’ll just faint like a little girl and robotic nurses will remove him from the game for some time, just so he can stand up again without drooling too much.
You’ll notice at some point that ice cream is being sold within the premises, and it has no use whatsoever to you, but is fun to hear, as this was one of the trademark features of the old-time classic version. “ICE CREAM!!!”
As in almost all sports with a ball, you must score goals to win the game, so get to it. Trick the goalkeeper, put him to sleep, do whatever you feel like it’s appropriate to kill him, and score.
This game is fun and easy to play.

What? Snowboard two days in a row? Deal with it! Not my fault they keep making those awesome games available for the awesome $0.00 price.
iStunt 2 HD – Snowboard by Miniclip.com is an “impossible physics” fun game, based on snowboarding.
Your objective is to get to the finish line as fast as possible, and collecting as many stars as possible.
On a private note, “who cares?”
The real fun part of the game is to pull off those impossible amazing weird mixed up twisted stunts and STILL land perfectly.
In some levels, the fun part is simply getting to the finish line alive, dodging all the hazards that some evil twisted mind put in your way.
